STANLEY® Mechanics Tools are covered by the manufacturer’s FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY. If any STANLEY Mechanics Tool ever fails for any reason, STANLEY will replace it. NO PROOF OF PURCHASE required.

THIS FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from province to province.

TAPE MEASURES

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

STANLEY® Tools warrants tape measures against deficiencies in material and workmanship for the useful life of the tool. Please call 1-800-567-7188 for all warranty inquiries. There are additional facts about this warranty that you should know: STANLEY Tools is not responsible for damage resulting from excessive wear, misuse, abuse, damage from accident or alteration of this product. Where permitted by law, STANLEY is not responsible for accidental or consequential damages.  This chart will help you to determine if a tape measure is defective and should be replaced. STANLEY tape measures are inspected and tested before shipment and are believed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. We are anxious to make fair and equitable adjustments on any defective tape measures; however, we cannot be responsible for tape measures that have had long use or that show excessive wear or damage from accident, misuse or abuse. Please use the Tape Measure Replacement Policy as guide when handling claims for adjustment.

STANLEY® warrants this product for its useful life (not to exceed one year for products with electrical or electronic components) against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired, nor does it cover consumable good such as knife blades, glue sticks, etc. If found to be defective, a replacement will be sent to you. THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. Deficient products that are covered by this policy will be replaced or repaired. Unless otherwise noted, STANLEY will repair without cost, any STANLEY product found to be defective, including parts and labor charges, or at STANLEY’s option, will replace such tools or refund the purchase price, less the amount for depreciation, in exchange for the defective tool. FLASHLIGHTS, JUMP STARTERS & POWER STATIONS, BATTERY CHARGERS

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer, Baccus Global warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).

If there is a defect and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the defective product can be replaced or repaired in the following ways: (1) Return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at manufacturer’s option. Proof of purchase may be required by manufacturer. (2) Return the product to the retailer where product was purchased for an exchange (provided that the store is a participating retailer). Returns to retailer should be made within the time period of the retailer’s return policy for exchanges only (usually 30 to 90 days after the sale). Proof of purchase may be required. This warranty does not apply to accessories, bulbs, fuses and batteries; defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents; damages sustained during shipping; alterations; unauthorized use or repair; neglect, misuse, abuse; and failure to follow instructions for care and maintenance for the product.
