Report a Fraudulent Website

We are aware that there are some scam websites pretending to be the official STANLEY® account or a real sales platform for STANLEY® products. These sites are advertising on social media, like Facebook®, offering STANLEY® products at prices far below leading retailers. These scam sites aim to commit fraud by stealing your credit card information or obtaining non-refundable payments from you.  

STANLEY® does not sell tools directly to end users online. You can check if a website is an authorized reseller by visiting the Authorized Retailer list on the STANLEY® website: Find a retailer

What to do if you believe you have bought from a fake website
